Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and develop Office Leaders and associates across a portfolio of CPA offices
  • Drive the day-to-day client experience by ensuring consistent execution of service standards and timely resolution of client concerns
  • Manage work-in-progress activities, workload distribution, resource planning, and workflow prioritization
  • Execute operational processes and business initiatives that support organizational goals and drive consistency across offices
  • Support implementation of new systems, technology, policies, and operating models as a change leader
  • Coach and develop leaders and associates through regular feedback, performance management, and career development planning
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards
  • Partner with office leadership, functional support teams, and regional stakeholders to balance workloads and deliver consistent operational standards

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven ability to lead and develop leaders and associates across multiple locations or teams
  • Strong coaching, mentoring, and performance management capabilities
  • Experience managing through change and leading teams through periods of growth, transformation, or organizational change
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and drive results through others
  • Strong operational management and execution skills
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills
  • Experience analyzing operational and client metrics to drive performance improvements
  • Proven ability to effectively lead and develop associates in both in-person and virtual work environments
  • Experience leveraging AI-powered tools and digital technologies to enhance productivity, improve decision-making, streamline processes, and support team effectiveness
  • Experience leading operational teams through organizational change, technology implementations, or business transformation efforts
