About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assess technology environments within prospective acquisitions with Acquisitions & Development, IT, and integration teams
- Participate in IT due diligence activities
- Document existing hardware inventories and technology risks
- Develop technology integration plans and Day 1 readiness requirements
- Coordinate equipment procurement and logistics
- Travel onsite to newly acquired offices to execute technology integration plans
- Coordinate and perform IT hardware deployment and installation
- Validate connectivity to enterprise systems and applications
- Ensure associates have access to required business platforms and collaboration tools
- Coordinate with centralized IT support teams to resolve deployment issues
- Verify technology environments are operational before business-critical activities
- Provide hands-on technology orientation to newly acquired associates
- Train users on standard hardware configurations, collaboration tools, communication platforms, security requirements, and basic troubleshooting
- Serve as the primary onsite technology resource during integration activities
- Assist associates with technology adoption and transition challenges
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate support teams
- Monitor technology performance following deployment
- Conduct follow-up assessments to ensure successful adoption
- Troubleshoot hardware and connectivity issues
- Support office leadership with technology-related operational concerns
- Maintain issue logs and track resolution activities
- Participate in post-acquisition review meetings and lessons learned sessions
- Ensure deployed technology complies with company security, compliance, and operational standards
- Support Information Security initiatives and device governance requirements
- Maintain technology deployment and inventory documentation
- Identify opportunities to improve integration processes, deployment standards, and user experience
- Contribute to repeatable acquisition technology playbooks and best practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or the equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse work group
- Ability to lead in a matrix environment and at a distance (virtually)
- Demonstrated decision making, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills
- 3 years minimum related work experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software and product planning tools
- Familiarity with Project Management methodologies
- Track record of establishing priorities and deadlines
- Experience in a consulting environment
- Familiarity with compliance (regulatory, Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX), etc.) and governance issues
- PMP certification, or equivalent, or completed work towards PMP certification, or equivalent
- Some tax or financial background
- Extensive travel availability
- Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot technology hardware and connectivity
- Ability to work onsite at newly acquired offices
