About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as a trusted technical partner to pharma clients
  • Translate business needs into scalable, maintainable solutions
  • Build, deploy, and optimize full-stack applications within H1’s data and SaaS architecture
  • Ingest, model, and integrate complex enterprise data such as claims, clinical trials, and provider records at scale
  • Own full-stack delivery from data modeling to user interface
  • Deliver and iterate live solutions within client environments
  • Partner with client executives and non-technical stakeholders to shape project scope and estimate effort
  • Incorporate client feedback and deliver outcomes with Product and Engagement teams
  • Operate autonomously within small teams
  • Influence architectural and delivery standards
  • Drive enterprise SaaS adoption through embedded engineering
  • Provide technical leadership across multi-segment, pharma-focused engagements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6+ years of full-stack engineering experience, including direct collaboration with enterprise clients and cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with JavaScript and backend technologies such as SQL (PostgreSQL preferred)
  • Strong programming skills in Python
  • Hands-on experience with data platforms and pipeline tools in an AWS environment
  • Experience with Airflow, AWS EMR, EKS, and custom ETL workflows
  • Proven ability to mentor peers or lead small teams while remaining deeply hands-on
  • Familiarity with Salesforce data models and GTM workflows, including leads, accounts, opportunities, and activities
  • Ability to translate business needs into scalable, maintainable solutions
  • Ability to work with technical and non-technical audiences in fast-moving, ambiguous settings
  • Rigorous analytical approach to large-scale data operations
  • Systems-level understanding of how technical components fit together
