About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and manage the Kaiser partner relationship from day-to-day operations through senior executive engagement
Strengthen partner-facing workflows and tools to improve care delivery, patient experience, and market performance
Solve operational and partner-facing issues, derive systems-level insights, and design and deploy systematic solutions
Build a scalable partnership management structure supporting new center launches and adapting across partner archetypes and markets
Adapt Habitat Health’s operations for expansion into new markets and local partner needs
Deliver executive updates to Habitat Health and partner leadership, connecting internal initiatives to external commitments
Support broader enterprise strategic initiatives, particularly those affecting partnerships

Requirements

What you’ll need

6–10+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, focused on operations, partnerships, strategy, and consulting
Experience in a startup organization
Genuine desire to work in operations and willingness to address detailed operational challenges
Experience leading complex, cross-functional work from problem definition through implementation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort presenting to and influencing senior audiences
Alignment with Habitat Health’s purpose and values
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and navigate ambiguity
Strong learning and growth mindset, including seeking feedback, engaging in healthy debate, and using data and curiosity to inform decisions
Integrity and ownership with follow-through to deliver results
Must reside in California
Willingness to travel up to 25%
Value-based care and/or healthcare delivery experience is nice to have
Compliance with applicable infection control protocols, PPE requirements, and vaccination requirements associated with the role and work location
