Lead short knowledge-sharing sessions for trainees or colleagues in Skill Factories
Develop your presentation and coaching skills

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed degree or nearing completion of a degree in IT or a data-related field
Initial hands-on experience with Python and/or SQL, for example through projects, internships, or working student positions
Experience with data analysis, data transformation, or data visualization
Interest in data engineering, cloud technologies, and modern data architectures
Team-oriented, eager to learn, and enthusiastic about sharing knowledge
Native-level German proficiency
Comfortable communicating in English
Ideally, experience with relational databases, Git, or Jupyter Notebooks
Ideally, basic knowledge of Linux/Bash
Ideally, initial exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
Ideally, knowledge of additional programming languages, such as Java or Scala
Ideally, experience with unit testing, data modeling, or REST APIs
