Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Usually 10–20 years of experience in government, law, finance, consulting, corporate strategy, or other high-performing environments
  • Professional working proficiency in both Japanese and English is ideal
  • Established networks in Japan
  • Ability to understand new issues quickly and connect diverse qualitative information
  • Nuanced human, commercial, and political judgement
  • Ability to build cogent arguments and derive credible conclusions from complex or ambiguous evidence
  • Ability to develop pragmatic, actionable commercial advice
  • Clear, convincing, and compelling oral and written communication
