About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage national logistics network operations for Oral Care and Wellness products
- Ensure warehouse operations comply with GMP, GSP, EHS requirements and company quality standards
- Drive warehouse and transportation process standardization and continuous improvement
- Ensure OTIF service targets and customer satisfaction objectives
- Establish risk management, business continuity and emergency response mechanisms
- Identify warehouse and transportation synergies and shared-resource opportunities
- Establish and improve the Logistics Service Provider management framework
- Define KPIs and service performance evaluation mechanisms
- Conduct regular business review meetings with logistics partners
- Drive productivity initiatives and corrective actions
- Develop logistics budgets and forecasts and report logistics cost analysis
- Lead cost-saving projects and productivity improvement programs
- Support annual savings commitments
- Collaborate with Commercial, Customer Service, Finance, Procurement, Quality, Regulatory Affairs and Manufacturing Sites
- Build a high-performance team culture and cultivate future talent pipelines
- Enhance team performance through coaching, mentoring and empowerment
- Report to the China Physical Distribution, Logistics and Warehouse Lead
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
- Experience in FMCG, Consumer Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or Consumer Goods industries preferred
- Proven experience in managing nationwide logistics networks
- Strong knowledge of third-party logistics (3PL) management
- Fluent in English
- Track record of leading or contributing to enterprise-wide transformation programs, systems implementation, or process standardization initiatives
- Experience interfacing with senior leadership and influencing decision-making at category, business unit, and regional levels
- Experience driving productivity, lead time reduction and inventory optimization
- High level of experience and breadth of knowledge of distribution and warehousing
- Accountability for W&D budgets, cost control, and delivery against business planning targets
- Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to evaluate trade-offs between service, cost, inventory (DIO), and lead time
- Strong strategic and systems thinking
- Ability to translate national supply chain strategies into executable operational plans
- Ability to anticipate W&D risks and opportunities and define mitigation and scenario plans
- Ability to solve problems across functions systematically
- Ability to influence, enable and drive changes in a dynamic and complex environment
