About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor and assess market and sales data to provide information for sales strategy development and large project rollouts
- Check and assess market and customer information to maintain competitive advantage
- Assess sales volumes and potential contribution of company brands across market sectors and networks
- Develop working relationships with sales and marketing departments
- Participate in customized promotional initiatives that support margins and strengthen the company brand and image
- Check projects, budgets, and forecasts for forthcoming promotions
- Ensure projects are completed on time according to customer expectations
- Drive projects through internal and external meetings
- Work with all groups in Hamilton to deliver expected results
- Develop relationships with channel partners in the United States
- Find new channel partners for installations and service
- Develop processes for implementing large projects
- Learn retail and financial businesses as they apply to Hamilton products and solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Prefer a 4 year degree and Two or more years of project management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in developing web technologies and software platforms for maximum usability
- Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
- Proven success working with all levels of management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Professional certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 (desirable)
- Experience in developing platforms for internal processes (desirable)
- Experience in coaching project team members to strengthen their abilities and skill sets (desirable)
- M-F 8 to 5 expectations
- Limited travel
