About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of major SAP S/4HANA implementation and optimization programs
  • Establish scope management, schedule baselines, project charters, resource allocations, and budget governance
  • Coordinate technical and functional workstreams across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and analytics
  • Synchronize functional specifications, configuration settings, custom developments, and data structures throughout delivery
  • Align executive business sponsors, process owners, internal IT teams, and external implementation partners
  • Facilitate decision-making forums and steering committee updates
  • Direct requirements gathering, process blueprinting, solution design, conference room pilots, integration testing, and cutover simulation
  • Define acceptance criteria and enterprise go-live readiness gates
  • Oversee data migration, legacy system decommissioning, third-party integrations, and testing strategy
  • Guide unit testing, end-to-end integration testing, user acceptance testing, and system performance testing
  • Partner with organizational change management leads on communication, training, and business readiness programs
  • Ensure operational teams are prepared to adopt new digital processes with minimal disruption during cutover and hypercare

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experienced SAP S/4HANA implementation project manager
  • At least three full-lifecycle SAP implementations, with progressive experience from functional module lead to integration manager and broad program or project management
  • Proven experience leading or co-leading complex SAP S/4HANA greenfield or brownfield implementations in large enterprise environments
  • Understanding of migrating legacy ERP ecosystems to S/4HANA platforms
  • Deep familiarity with SAP implementation lifecycles, cross-module touchpoints, interface technologies, and middleware dependencies
  • Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage statement-of-work deliverables, milestone timelines, and quality benchmarks
  • Exceptional executive presence, verbal communication, and written presentation capabilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a closely related quantitative/technical discipline is required
  • Equivalent practical experience demonstrating strong technical and operational acumen will also be considered
  • Must pass drug and background screens
  • May be required to wear Personal Protective Equipment
