About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Configure software according to implementation concept designs
- Assist with project work as directed
- Manage projects and client stakeholders during implementation
- Provide status reports to internal management and clients
- Generate client training materials and schedules
- Deliver training to new and existing clients
- Provide customer support by phone and email
- Provide technical assistance to clients
- Identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions
- Maintain and update support articles and the online knowledge base
- Become an expert in HammerTech applications
- Assist with general business administration and continuous process improvement
- Perform other duties as required
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–3 years working for a SaaS (software as a service) organization
- Experience being involved in the implementation and rollout of a SaaS-based application
- Tertiary qualifications in IT or similar, or equivalent commercial experience
- Experience supporting the development and delivery of training programs
- Experience in business process improvement (desirable)
- Experience within or understanding of the building and construction or similar industry (preferred but not essential)
- Experience undertaking activities within the Quality, Health, Safety or Environment space (preferred but not essential)
- Experience in change management (preferable)
- Strong organization, planning and project management skills
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain process documentation to a high standard
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Capacity to build and foster strong stakeholder relationships
- Capacity to manage competing priorities and meet agreed targets and timelines
- Capacity to work effectively as part of a team
- Positive attitude and outgoing personality
