Independently develop, test, ship, and support product features and components, from rough specifications through final production.
Break larger initiatives into logical development steps and proactively clarify ambiguities.
Write clean, tested, and maintainable code.
Conduct thorough code reviews with colleagues to uphold the team’s technical standards.
Orchestrate multi-step AI-assisted programming workflows, taking responsibility for code correctness, security, and quality.
Investigate, diagnose, and resolve software failures in unfamiliar components and broad system modules.
Support the team and mentor junior professionals.
Build, test, deliver, and provide end-to-end support for system features and components.
Support the onboarding and unblocking of junior engineers and interns.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Professional software engineering experience, independently delivering features.
React Native
TypeScript
Firebase
Google Cloud for infrastructure, databases, and applications.
Experience integrating with external APIs.
Experience building Android and iOS applications and publishing them on Google Play and the App Store.
Familiarity with accessibility standards.
Experience guiding AI agents for programming and reviewing their output.
Intermediate conversational English.
