About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Refine the existing concept in detail and continuously optimize it in day-to-day operations — test, adjust, and fine-tune
- Support the operational launch at new locations and be on site personally
- Further develop the menu offering and test it in practice, with a clear focus on what is genuinely feasible in the kitchen
- Work closely with Quality Management and Purchasing to ensure quality, recipes, availability, and smooth kitchen operations
- Bring brand, marketing, and product together so that the concept presents a consistent experience externally and in day-to-day operations
- Ensure effective integration with the existing concepts so that all concepts benefit from one another
- Manage the projects related to new launches, keeping locations, timelines, and stakeholders on track
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in hospitality or the food industry — you understand operations, kitchens, and processes from practical experience
- Genuine enthusiasm for high-quality, enjoyable food and a desire to identify with the concept
- An independent, hands-on approach to work
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for continuously improving things step by step
- Strong organizational skills and an enjoyment of getting projects up and running
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to act as a bridge between the kitchen, Purchasing, Marketing, and Operations teams
- Initial experience with delivery services, catering, or operating multiple brands is an advantage, but not a requirement
- Exposure to Quality Management or Purchasing is an advantage, but not a requirement
