About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own master data quality, modeling, governance, accuracy, and completeness end to end
- Manage product data flows from Design and Buying through PLM, ERP, and PIM to EDI and sales channels
- Identify and simplify bloated or inefficient workflows
- Build n8n workflows and light scripts for automated and AI-assisted validation
- Design self-healing data flows that detect and correct synchronization and translation errors
- Work with Design, Buying, Production, Logistics, and Sales to enforce data standards and handle edge cases
- Manage GTIN/EAN generation and partner compliance under GS1 standards
- Participate in daily standups, support-board triage, and prioritization of master-data and integration issues
- Contribute master-data expertise to architecture decisions
- Report to the Head of Tech
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years managing master data, data governance, or product data pipelines in retail or consumer goods
- Hands-on experience with PLM, ERP, PIM, or EDI systems
- Experience configuring automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, or similar
- Experience prompting/tuning AI tools for practical, repeatable use
- Strong data analysis and data modeling instincts
- Working knowledge of GS1 standards, including GTINs, EANs, and barcodes, or ability to learn quickly
- Advanced Excel/spreadsheet proficiency
- General technical troubleshooting comfort
- Fluency in English, the official business language
- Basic SQL or scripting experience is nice to have
- Prior exposure to n8n or comparable workflow-automation platforms is nice to have
- Experience with Agile ceremonies and ticketing tools such as Asana is nice to have
