Key responsibilities & impact

Drive outcomes, build predictability, clear obstacles, and ensure security initiatives are delivered on time and at quality
Work across security, engineering, infrastructure, compliance, legal, product, and operations
Support a portfolio of information security projects and programs
Manage control implementation and remediation, PCI DSS and ISMS compliance work, audit readiness, vendor security assessments, tooling and automation rollouts, and security awareness initiatives
Deliver predictable security roadmaps with visibility into progress, risks, mitigations, and trade-offs
Create project plans covering timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and dependencies
Coordinate cross-functional workstreams, auditors, and external vendor groups
Raise issues early, propose solutions, and simplify security complexity
Deliver security solutions aligned with regulatory obligations and industry best practices, including PCI DSS, ISMS, ISO 27001, and NIST
Coordinate internal and external audits, vendor security assessments, and evidence requests
Use AI and automation to streamline reporting, tracking, and communication
Improve security processes, controls, documentation, templates, and enablement
Provide transparent updates and security performance metrics, including to the Security and Privacy Steering Committee (SPSC)
Manage senior stakeholders and influence without authority
Translate technical detail into actionable plans and organizational priorities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, with a track record of delivering security or compliance initiatives in fast-moving environments
Gaming or financial services industry experience preferred
Working knowledge of information security concepts, frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST), and controls, including familiarity with PCI DSS compliance
Strong foundations in project and program management, including RAID management, dependency mapping, stakeholder management, planning, and scope control
Experience across Agile, Waterfall, or Kanban methodologies
Experience working with and influencing cross-functional technical teams
Experience with project management and GRC tooling, such as Jira and Vanta
Understanding of cloud security concepts and controls
Experience and interest in applying AI-driven tools to modern project management, including workflow automation, insights, and reporting
Proven problem-solving skills, ideally with exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or operational improvement frameworks
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and turn ambiguity into actionable plans
Experience in sports betting and/or iGaming regulated industries, with exposure to international or multi-market operations, highly valued but not required
