About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive sell-in and sell-out sales for JBL and Harman/Kardon Consumer Audio products at wholesale and outlet level in Finland, Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania
  • Manage and grow strategic relationships with key clients, retail partners, and other regional customers
  • Own Finnish commercial performance, including revenue growth, margin, and forecast accuracy
  • Define and execute commercial strategy aligned with Nordic priorities
  • Monitor category performance across sell-in, sell-out, inventory, and profitability
  • Lead strategic account management and joint business planning
  • Serve as the primary commercial contact and trusted advisor for regional customers
  • Design and implement regional sales account plans
  • Analyze sales results, improve forecast accuracy, and adjust strategy
  • Lead contract negotiations and renewals with legal and finance teams
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Sales Support, and Business Administration teams on account and distribution relationships and new business development
  • Monitor and manage customer stock levels with centralized supply chain
  • Coordinate regional activities and share best practices across markets
  • Monitor competitive trends and market developments and propose growth strategies
  • Manage merchandising and promotional support with the marketing department
  • Create and execute sell-out-oriented marketing activities
  • Optimize product mix and drive sales, volume, and brand performance
  • Escalate order-related topics for the Sales Support team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 5 years of sales or business development experience within the Consumer Electronics industry or high-tech industry and/or at a relevant customer
  • Fluent English, both written and oral
  • Affinity with or understanding of the Finnish and Baltic consumer electronics markets, customers, and key players
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel within the region as needed
  • Understanding of modern sales analytical and stock replenishment tools
  • Proven proficiency in MS Office
  • Familiarity with regional regulatory frameworks and market dynamics is a bonus
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data and trends is a bonus
  • Willingness to work from a home office and travel up to 50% of the time
