About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the KPI dashboard Project Lead in driving operational excellence
Enable status updates across stakeholders
Follow up with clarification needs
Maintain process material and AI Agent for 5D Process analysis workshops, including data sources, L1-L6 overviews, documentation structure, and prompting
Exchange requirements with AI Lab, taking over 5D L6 as specification for AI solutions
Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders during process digitalization
Support external and internal digitalization teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical field
Strong organizational skills and an independent, reliable working style
Solid analytical thinking and ability to structure data clearly
Confident communication in English; German is a plus
Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
Availability of at least 15 hours per week
Experience with PowerBI is a plus
Prior experience in Data analysis
Experience using data visualization or collaboration tools
Interest in digitalization, automation, or process optimization
