About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop comprehensive training programs for healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and allied health staff
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop learning objectives aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements
  • Design presentations, e-learning modules, and hands-on workshops
  • Deliver in-person workshops, virtual webinars, and on-the-job coaching
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms
  • Continuously improve training programs based on results and participant feedback
  • Provide individualized coaching and support to address performance gaps and enhance clinical competencies
  • Stay updated on healthcare education and training trends, best practices, and regulatory changes
  • Collaborate with HR, Quality Assurance, and Clinical Operations
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and outcomes
  • Act as a resource and mentor for new hires

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field
  • 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a hospital or clinical practice
  • 3 years of experience in healthcare education, training, or clinical instruction
  • Strong knowledge of clinical protocols, procedures, and best practices
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners
  • Proficiency in instructional design principles and adult learning theory
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field
  • Preferred: Certification in healthcare education or training (e.g., Certified Healthcare Trainer)
