Key responsibilities & impact
  • Help develop a marketing campaign plan targeting 18–25-year-olds with Bible study content
  • Write and edit book hooks, positioning statements, and sales-team talking points

  • Write emails and blog posts for marketing channels

  • Analyze market research, trends, opportunities, and audience insights
  • Review trend reports and share takeaways to inform marketing strategy
  • Track campaign performance and report on results
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns from start to finish
  • Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Available to work in a full-time capacity in 2027 or 2028
  • Available to work 28 hours per week, Monday through Thursday, from June 7 to August 12, 2027
  • Tuesdays and Wednesdays are mandatory in-office days at the Nashville headquarters
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Resume and cover letter required; cover letter addressed to “Hiring Team”
  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an undergraduate or master’s program
  • College junior, senior, or recent graduate majoring in business, communications, marketing, PR, or related fields
  • Up to 1 year of work experience for entry-level candidates
  • Solid writing and editing skills
  • Proficiency with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
  • Organized and able to manage time effectively
  • Able to analyze data and identify meaningful insights
  • Active on social media and aware of trends is a plus
  • Church or ministry experience is a plus
  • Passion for books is highly valued
