Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Available to work 28 hours per week, Monday through Thursday, from June 7 to August 12, 2027
  • Tuesdays and Wednesdays mandatory in-office days at the Nashville headquarters
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Available to work in a full-time capacity in 2027 or 2028
  • Open to rising seniors, recent graduates, master’s students, or entry-level candidates with up to 1 year of work experience
  • Resume and cover letter required; cover letter must be addressed to “Hiring Team”
  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an undergraduate or master’s program is ideal
  • Passion for books highly valued
  • Experience with Excel, Canva, Airtable, SQL, or PowerBI is a plus
