Key responsibilities & impact

Lead discovery, demos, pilots, trainings, onboarding, and custom builds alongside Account Executives and Customer Success Managers
Translate real investment work into Harvey solutions across the customer lifecycle
Build the real estate playbook, including demo library, workflow templates, and use cases
Run live pilots and lead the real estate practice as the team grows
Engage with real estate private equity platforms, real estate debt funds, insurer and asset-manager real estate arms, and developer-investors throughout the pre-sales process and beyond
Guide investors through AI capabilities
Build screening, underwriting, and investment committee workflows in customers' templates and formats
Review OMs and broker packages
Normalize rent rolls and T-12s
Abstract leases and estoppels
Build ARGUS and acquisition models
Review appraisal, property condition, and environmental reports
Analyze sale and rent comparables
Review loan documents and term sheets
Prepare investment committee materials
Support post-close asset management reporting, loan compliance, and valuation
Bring acquisitions-team feedback into product development and help shape Harvey's product roadmap
Travel approximately 2–3+ times per month for significant business needs, typically 1–3 days per trip

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience on an acquisitions, asset management, or real estate credit team at a real estate private equity platform, real estate debt fund, insurer or asset-manager real estate arm, or developer-investor
Demonstrated ownership of live deal work, including screening, underwriting, diligence workstreams, modeling, and drafting committee materials
Principal-side deal execution required
Strong command of OM and broker packages, rent rolls and T-12s, leases and estoppels, third-party reports, loan documents, ARGUS, and Excel acquisition models
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
Comfort with prompting and agentic AI workflows
Builder's instinct for turning repeated manual processes into repeatable automation
Executive presence and relationship-building skills
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
Deep curiosity about AI's potential to transform investment work
Practical, solutions-oriented mindset and bias toward action
Track record partnering with senior stakeholders to drive results
Customer-facing or commercial experience and/or hands-on experience using AI tools in an investment setting are pluses
Python, SQL, or experience building internal tools is a plus
