About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Engage with existing and prospective customers to understand workflow challenges and demonstrate Harvey’s AI solutions
Advise law firms and legal teams on adoption strategy, change management, and integrating Harvey into daily workflows and firm-wide processes
Lead tailored product demonstrations for law firm practice groups and in-house legal teams
Identify and prioritize opportunities to deliver impact across legal teams
Partner with marketing to develop content tailored to lawyers’ practice areas and client types
Bring legal insight and user feedback into sales strategy, product development, and go-to-market planning
Provide competitive and market intelligence on the LATAM legal and legal tech landscape
Strengthen Harvey’s reputation across LATAM as an AI partner to the legal industry
Build consultative relationships with law firm partners, associates, and in-house counsel
Advise customers on transforming research, drafting, diligence, and compliance workflows using AI

Requirements

What you’ll need

Based in Mexico City and eligible to work in Mexico
Mexican practising certificate (or equivalent civil-law qualification)
3+ years’ experience as a qualified lawyer at a top-tier firm or in-house at a major corporate or financial institution
Full professional fluency in both Spanish and English
Deep understanding of LATAM legal workflows, with a corporate, regulatory, or disputes focus
Executive engagement skills and presence
Outstanding presentation skills for legal and executive audiences
Curiosity about AI’s potential to transform the legal industry
Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus
Experience with law firm business development and/or secondment is a plus
Experience directly managing law firm client matters and client relationships is a plus
