About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and develop a team of Legal Engineers - Product Specialists in the UK
- Provide coaching, performance management, and career development support
- Own post-implementation customer relationships from a legal engineering perspective
- Ensure law firm and in-house clients are onboarded, trained, and supported on an ongoing basis
- Act as senior escalation point for complex or strategic customer engagements
- Bring deep product and legal expertise to customer engagements
- Partner with Account Management and Sales to identify expansion opportunities
- Support renewals and contribute to retention strategy
- Collaborate with the Product team to surface customer feedback
- Advocate for platform improvements
- Keep the team informed of new features and roadmap developments
- Define and iterate on team processes, playbooks, and frameworks
- Build a scalable and high-performing function
- Help customers integrate Harvey’s AI solutions into daily legal workflows, driving adoption, utilization, expansion, and renewal
Requirements
What you’ll need- Qualified lawyer with 7+ PQE
- Experience in a law firm or in-house legal environment
- Prior experience managing or mentoring a team
- Track record of developing talent and driving performance
- Deep familiarity with legal technology and AI tools
- Ability to quickly develop and demonstrate platform expertise
- Strong commercial instincts
- Ability to engage credibly with senior stakeholders at law firms and in-house legal teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience running training, workshops, or client-facing product sessions
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Pragmatic, solutions-oriented approach
- Currently based in London or willing to relocate
- Able to work in person 3 days per week
- Legally authorized to work in the country where the role is located
- Must not require employment visa sponsorship
