Own a project end-to-end from coding and testing through production deployment and presentation to peers and company leaders
Write clean, maintainable code and own the quality of shipped work
Use AI-assisted development tools daily
Build knowledge of supported systems and their users and contribute to product discussions
Debug problems, follow escalation procedures, and prioritize quality for high-stakes legal users
Collaborate through code reviews, pair programming, design reviews, and technical documentation
Potentially work on retrieval over large document collections, AI collaboration interfaces, multi-region compute infrastructure, enterprise agents, or secure systems for sensitive client data
Evaluate frontier models alongside senior engineers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in computer science, engineering, or a related field, with a graduation date of December 2027 or later
Able to work from the New York or San Francisco offices during the summer cohort
Previous internship experience is required
Strong proficiency in one or more languages, including Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Java, Go, or similar
Solid general computer science knowledge
Experience building something from start to finish in coursework, a personal project, or a past internship
Comfortable explaining complex technical ideas in plain language
Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor
Curious about building LLMs into a coding workflow
Expected to work with AI tools during AI-assisted coding interviews
