About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and optimize the IT infrastructure
- Manage and maintain the server infrastructure, including virtualization with VMware
- Plan and perform backups with Veeam to ensure data integrity
- Manage and administer SAN and storage systems to optimize storage resources
- Support and administer Microsoft 365 and Microsoft SQL Server environments
- Analyze and resolve IT issues to ensure smooth operations
- Collaborate with other departments to support IT projects
- Ensure system availability and security
- Support the team in implementing new technologies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed vocational training in IT or an equivalent qualification
- Experience with virtualization technologies, particularly VMware
- Knowledge of backup solutions, preferably Veeam
- Experience with SAN and storage technologies
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft SQL Server
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
