About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prepare financial reports, account reconciliations, and variance analyses
- Support budget monitoring and financial control activities
- Review and validate accounting transactions for compliance with company policies and local regulations
- Assist in internal and external audit procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business decisions
- Provide ongoing support across finance-related activities as required
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 3 to 4 years of experience in finance, accounting, controlling, or related positions
- Experience with financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, variance analysis, revenue recognition, Profit & Loss management, and Balance Sheet analysis
- Strong understanding of accounting and financial principles
- B2+/C1 English skills (a must)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Previous experience in advertising agencies, media companies, or service-based organizations is highly desirable
- Experience working with ERP systems is a plus
