About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the Finance team in monitoring performance, preparing reports, and analyzing media investments across HAVAS MEDIA NETWORK’s French agencies.
  • Collect, understand, challenge, and consolidate financial data (actuals, budgets, and forecasts).
  • Monitor media investments and gross margins by advertiser, operational campaign, and media type.
  • Meet the Group’s financial reporting requirements.
  • Prepare analyses and presentations for the Executive Committee.
  • Contribute to the development of Power BI dashboards and ad hoc profitability studies.
  • Support operational teams in managing and monitoring their activities.
  • Apply internal procedures and contribute to their improvement.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing a Master’s degree (fourth or fifth year) at a business school, university, or equivalent institution, specializing in finance, management control, or audit.
  • Initial experience (internship or work-study placement) in finance, management control, or an agency environment would be an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to challenge data.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables and advanced formulas).
  • Interest in reporting tools; Power BI experience is a plus.
  • Comfortable communicating both orally and in writing in French and English.
