About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify, attract, and secure exceptional talent for the team
  • Contribute to every stage of the hiring process, turning strong candidates into great hires
  • Attend firm huddles every Monday at 8:00 AM
  • Attend mini huddles Tuesday through Friday
  • Attend bi-weekly meetings with the Recruiting Director
  • Conduct outreach to 20–25 prospective candidates per week and generate at least 5–10 qualified candidates weekly
  • Source candidates through online platforms, legal associations, referrals, competitor firms, and passive-sourcing channels
  • Develop additional sourcing channels through job boards, social media, community outreach, referrals, and creative networks
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified, ready-to-interview candidates
  • Conduct initial Meet & Greet screening interviews
  • Compose, post, and maintain job advertisements
  • Provide interview notes and candidate recommendations to the Recruiting Director within 24 hours
  • Maintain accurate candidate tracking spreadsheets for weekly or bi-weekly reviews
  • Assist with scheduling Meet & Greets, Shadowing, TopGrading, and Alignment interviews
  • Attend job fairs and recruiting events
  • Keep candidate files and notes updated
  • Complete other recruiting tasks and projects as assigned
  • Report directly to the Recruiting Director and secondarily to the Operations Director

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience, including sourcing and interviewing
  • Organizational skills

  • Interest in using new and improved sourcing technology/tools
  • Technology proficiency
  • Commitment to continuous learning, including reading books and meeting with groups

  • Ability to work Mountain Time business hours: Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM and Friday 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
  • Ability to pass a background check
