About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Administer, configure, and support Yardi property management software across all managed properties
Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues for users across the portfolio using Yardi Voyager
Train on-site and administrative staff on Yardi functionality and best practices
Set up and manage Yardi modules, including Financials, CRM, and Residential
Generate custom reports and dashboards to support decision-making and improve efficiency
Work with IT, Accounting, and Property Management teams to integrate Yardi with other systems
Ensure data accuracy and maintain user access
Help uphold regulatory compliance
Support financial performance targets and operational efficiency

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of experience with Yardi Voyager 7s and Rent Café required
Strong troubleshooting, system configuration, and data analysis skills
Exceptional support and training skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction
Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field is a bonus
Basic understanding of accounting principles is a bonus
Monday to Friday, 8 AM–5 PM availability
Ability to occasionally travel to support site teams
