About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide a safe, effective and high-quality CT service while maintaining excellent clinical standards
- Work closely with Radiologists and Consultants to develop and review imaging protocols and patient pathways
- Support the day-to-day running of the CT service
- Identify and implement service improvements with the line manager
- Contribute to patient scheduling and administrative processes for timely, accurate reporting
- Support the orientation and development of colleagues by sharing specialist knowledge and expertise
- Participate in the overnight CT on-call rota
- Work across The Princess Grace Hospital and The Harley Street Clinic campuses
- Support routine, specialist and complex CT examinations across diverse clinical pathways
Requirements
What you’ll need- HCPC registration as a Radiographer
- Extensive post-graduate CT experience, ideally gained within the UK
- Strong understanding of CT clinical governance, radiation safety and protocol development
- Competent in IV cannulation
- Experience performing a wide range of CT examinations, including contrast-enhanced studies
- Confidence to work at specialist level within a complex clinical environment
- Ability to work full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday, with overnight on-call participation
