About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead workstreams across technology and transformation engagements
Evaluate client processes, technology environments, operating models, and organizational structures to identify risks
Facilitate client interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions
Analyze solutions and recommend actions based on client objectives, constraints, risks, and feasibility
Develop technology strategies, business cases, transformation roadmaps, and implementation plans
Lead ERP evaluations, system-selection initiatives, and technology implementations
Advise clients on AI and automation opportunities
Develop executive-level presentations and recommendations
Present findings to client management teams and executives
Coordinate project activities, deliverables, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications
Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules
Provide coaching and feedback to associates and review work products
Contribute to methodology development, proposals, client pursuits, and thought leadership initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
3-5 years of experience in management consulting, technology consulting, business transformation, or internal strategy/transformation functions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience leading project workstreams and managing multiple priorities
Exceptional PowerPoint, Excel, and executive communication skills
Experience working directly with senior client stakeholders
Approximately 10-15% travel as needed
