About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead workstreams across technology and transformation engagements
Evaluate client business processes, technology environments, operating models, and organizational structures to identify operational, financial, and technology risks
Facilitate client interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions
Analyze alternative solutions and recommend courses of action based on client objectives, constraints, risks, and implementation feasibility
Develop technology strategies, business cases, transformation roadmaps, and implementation plans
Lead components of ERP evaluations, system-selection initiatives, and technology implementations
Advise clients on AI and automation opportunities
Develop executive-level presentations and recommendations
Present findings and recommendations to client management teams and executives
Escalate project risks and recommend corrective action
Coordinate project activities and deliverables across cross-functional teams
Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, stakeholder communications, budgets, and schedules
Provide coaching and feedback to associates
Review work products and delegate tasks to ensure high-quality client deliverables
Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing within the practice
Contribute to methodology development, templates, intellectual capital, proposals, pursuits, and thought leadership initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
3-5 years of experience in management consulting, technology consulting, business transformation, or internal strategy/transformation functions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience leading project workstreams and managing multiple priorities
Exceptional PowerPoint, Excel, and executive communication skills
Experience working directly with senior client stakeholders
Approximately 10-15% travel as needed
MBA completed (optional)
Experience supporting ERP implementations or technology transformation projects (optional)
Familiarity with AI, automation, and process optimization initiatives (optional)
Certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Prosci, Scrum, or change management credentials (optional)
