About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead workstreams across technology and transformation engagements
- Evaluate client business processes, technology environments, operating models, and organizational structures to identify operational, financial, and technology risks
- Facilitate client interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions
- Analyze alternative solutions and recommend courses of action based on client objectives, constraints, risks, and feasibility
- Develop technology strategies, business cases, transformation roadmaps, and implementation plans
- Lead components of ERP evaluations, system-selection initiatives, and technology implementations
- Advise clients on AI and automation opportunities
- Develop executive-level presentations and recommendations
- Present findings and recommendations to client management teams and executives
- Coordinate project activities, deliverables, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules
- Provide coaching and feedback to associates
- Review work products and delegate tasks
- Contribute to methodology development, proposals, client pursuits, and thought leadership initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in management consulting, technology consulting, business transformation, or internal strategy/transformation functions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience leading project workstreams and managing multiple priorities
- Exceptional PowerPoint, Excel, and executive communication skills
- Experience working directly with senior client stakeholders
- Approximately 10–15% travel as needed
