Requirements

What you’ll need
  • On track to completing a bachelor’s degree in accounting or a master’s degree in accounting between August 2026 and May 2027
  • Minimum overall and accounting GPAs of 3.0
  • Active membership in Beta Alpha Psi or another accounting campus organization
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Leadership skills demonstrating strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment and receive feedback and coaching
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and take initiative on projects
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments in a dynamic environment
  • High attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and team-player mentality
  • Client-centric mindset and willingness to meet deadlines
