About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients
  • Diagnose and treat mental health disorders
  • Create individualized treatment plans according to patient needs and circumstances
  • Meet with patients regularly to provide counseling and treatment
  • Adjust treatment plans as necessary
  • Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 12 months in a clinical setting after becoming fully licensed
  • Master’s Level Degree or higher in related fields (required)
  • Full, unencumbered LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC, or Psychologist license based on office location; valid and active license required
  • Associate/intern level therapists will not be considered
  • Maintain professional licensure and/or certification throughout employment
  • Electronic Health Record (EHR) proficiency; demonstrated experience using EHR systems
  • Familiarity with NextGen is highly desirable
  • Strong computer literacy, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and troubleshoot common issues
  • Superb organizational skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and families
  • Ability to work cooperatively as a team member
  • Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus, but not required
