About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients
  • Diagnose and treat mental health disorders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s Level Degree or higher (Required) in related fields
  • Full, unencumbered LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC or Psychologist license based on office location
  • Valid, active clinical license; applicants without one will not be considered
  • Minimum of 12 months in a clinical setting after becoming fully licensed
  • 2+ years' experience providing diagnostic assessment and therapy services
  • Professional licensure and/or certification must be maintained throughout employment
  • Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus, but not required
  • Electronic Health Record (EHR) proficiency
  • Familiarity with NextGen highly desirable
  • Strong computer literacy, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and troubleshoot common issues
  • Ability to work cooperatively as a team member
  • Superb organizational skills
  • Ability to guide, direct, or influence people
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and families
