About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients
  • Diagnose and treat mental health disorders

  • Meet with patients regularly to provide counseling and treatment and adjust treatment plans as necessary

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s Level Degree or higher in related fields
  • Full, unencumbered LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC, or Psychologist license based on office location; valid, active license required
  • Minimum of 12 months in a clinical setting after becoming fully licensed
  • 2+ years' experience providing diagnostic assessment and therapy services
  • Professional licensure and/or certification must be maintained throughout employment
  • Electronic Health Record proficiency; experience managing patient data, documenting clinical information, and accessing patient histories
  • Strong computer literacy, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and troubleshoot common issues
  • Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus but not required
  • Superb organizational skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and families
