About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyse team processes and share recommendations to improve efficiency and productivity

Requirements
What you’ll need- 1+ years in operations, analytics, or process management
- Confidence with Excel/Google Sheets and working with large datasets
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, curious, and ready to learn fast
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, multitasking environment
- English: Upper-intermediate or higher
- Passion for AI technology, with a habit of integrating AI tools into your daily workflow or learning journey
- Basic programming or workflow automation skills would be a significant advantage
- Alignment with the values of the team
