Help shape objectives, influence priorities, and translate complex insights into actionable plans
Own critical operational workflows

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of experience in operational roles at high-growth companies
Some background in consulting, finance, or business operations preferred but not required
Skilled at digging through complex data to solve ambiguous problems
Ability to thrive in unknown or unfamiliar challenges and drive toward outcomes
Operational excellence and ability to manage a large volume of moving pieces
Ability to proactively partner across teams while holding teams accountable for business results
Interest in an environment fostering individual growth through open feedback and high autonomy
Motivation to impact affordable mental healthcare
Authorized to work in the United States for any employer
Must disclose whether visa sponsorship is required
