About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the strategy and execution of new payer partnerships
- Unlock additional payer coverage for affordable mental healthcare
- Lead contract expansion, including value-based and line-of-business expansion
- Reimagine how mental healthcare networks are built, measured, and curated at scale
- Build partnerships with leading health plans across the United States
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of experience in roles owning business development efforts end-to-end
- Ideally selling directly to health plans
- Deep understanding of payer business models and economics
- Ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive outcomes
- Operational excellence managing a robust sales funnel and many moving pieces
- Interest in individual growth through open feedback and high autonomy
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Headway participates in E-Verify
