About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide one-on-one outpatient orthopedic physical therapy
  • Perform thoughtful patient evaluations
  • Deliver hands-on manual therapy and movement analysis
  • Treat orthopedic conditions, post-operative rehabilitation, sports injuries, chronic pain, gait and balance issues, TMJ, scoliosis, and complex musculoskeletal conditions
  • Use techniques including manual therapy, dry needling, cupping, laser therapy, and functional movement strategies
  • Address the multifaceted needs of patients with persistent pain
  • Maintain accurate and efficient documentation in EMR systems
  • Educate patients and collaborate with team members
  • Exercise clinical autonomy in treatment decisions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Valid Physical Therapy License in Michigan or eligibility to obtain one (Required)
  • Specialized in manual therapy
  • Experience helping patients with chronic pain conditions
  • Holistic approach to patient treatment
  • Proficiency with EMR systems
  • Excellent listening and patient education skills
  • Commitment to patient-centered care
  • Desire to work in a communicative and collaborative team
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
