About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure successful performance of each Wound Care Center within the assigned area by managing clinical, operational, and financial elements
  • Lead and drive Grow the Business strategies for the assigned area
  • Partner with the Vice President of Operations to develop and manage high-quality clinical programs aligned with Healogics’ vision and mission
  • Optimize wound care clinic operations through effective and efficient management of clinical, financial, and operational elements
  • Oversee day-to-day operational and clinical quality components of Wound Care Centers
  • Implement, develop, and manage programs demonstrating value to hospital partners
  • Partner with area leadership to improve profitability, quality of care, and operational excellence
  • Set expectations, coach and teach teammates, and measure results
  • Establish strategic operational and clinical goals and manage performance against targets
  • Respond to customers and drive value and brand awareness through high-quality outputs
  • Deploy financial budgeting, reporting, and forecasting mechanisms with the Vice President of Operations
  • Track and monitor operational, clinical, and financial performance measures
  • Develop and manage center-level managers
  • Ensure consistent execution of processes, protocols, and procedures across centers
  • Promote a Patient First approach and compliance with policies
  • Provide timely, constructive coaching to direct reports
  • Hold teams accountable for financial, operational, and clinical results

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High-School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of seven (7) years’ experience in Healthcare Center Operations required
  • Healogics wound care experience preferred
  • Ability to comply with Healogics policies, hospital policies, accrediting organizations, federal and state regulations, and CMS guidelines
  • Ability to remain stationary for extended periods of time (4 hours or more)
  • Ability to view a computer screen for extended periods of time (4 hours or more)
  • Ability to key frequently on a computer for 4 hours or more
  • Ability to move about, read, communicate, write, and travel by car or airplane
  • Preference for the person to be located in Missouri
