About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support prospective risk adjustment programs, including ACA point-of-care and in-office assessment initiatives
  • Analyze program performance and identify opportunities to improve member outcomes and operational effectiveness
  • Create reports, insights, analytics, report specifications, datasets, and analyses using system reporting tools
  • Interface between the business and divisional data teams to generate actionable tools and analyses
  • Work with program leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to support strategic program development and execution
  • Analyze complex business problems using internal and external data sources
  • Identify and interpret trends and patterns in datasets
  • Conduct research related to strategic initiatives
  • Provide insights to support decision-making
  • Build customer relationships and deepen understanding of divisional data to meet evolving business needs and advance prospective risk adjustment strategies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor degree and 4 years of analytical experience in relationship management or driving analytics insights into action OR 9 years of analytical experience in relationship management or driving analytics insights into action
  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements in support of information-related strategies
  • Experience solving complex problems and taking a new perspective using existing solutions
  • Knowledge of software development processes, including SDLC and Agile methodologies
  • Experience creating and conducting presentations to inform and influence
  • Experience leading functional teams and projects
  • Experience with SAS, SPSS, R, MATLAB, SQL, or Python
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
  • PC proficiency with Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
