About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create reports, insights, and analytics in support of the division
- Create report and analysis specifications based on business needs
- Provide consultation to users and lead cross-functional teams to address divisional issues
- Produce datasets and reports for analysis using system reporting tools
- Research and assist in analyzing data related to strategic initiatives and broader research needs
- Interface between business and divisional data teams to generate actionable tools for analysis and reporting
- Build customer relationships and deepen understanding of divisional data
- Analyze complex business problems using internal and external data sources to provide insight to decision makers
- Identify and interpret trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor degree and 4 years of analytical experience in relationship management or driving analytics insights into action, or 9 years of analytical experience in relationship management or driving analytics insights into action
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements in support of information-related strategies
- Experience solving complex problems and taking a new perspective using existing solutions
- Knowledge of software development processes, including SDLC, Agile methodologies, tools, and technologies
- Experience creating and conducting presentations to inform and influence
- Experience leading functional teams and projects
- Experience with SAS, SPSS, R, MATLAB, SQL, Python, or similar tools
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
- PC proficiency with Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Sponsorship is not available
