Leverage strong technical skills and healthcare industry knowledge to support clinical and business stakeholders
Provide analytical support and consultancy to internal and external customers
Provide advisory services to internal and external senior leaders
Query internal and external data sources to generate meaningful insights
Create dynamic and visually engaging dashboards
Take business cases from inception through customer or partner execution
Champion initiatives and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to bring initiatives to life

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience in health care services, statistical analysis, or insurance industry economics or related field OR Master's degree in related field OR 6 years of experience in health care services, statistical analysis, or insurance industry economics or related field
Understanding and high proficiency in querying a wide variety of internal and external data sources
Performance excellence in computer languages such as SQL, R, and Python
Ability to create dynamic and visually engaging dashboards using data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
High degree of business intelligence and understanding of taking a business case from inception to customer or partner execution
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Performance excellence in championing initiatives and collaborating with multiple stakeholders
Experience with project management methodologies preferred
Healthcare industry experience preferred, including payor, provider, pharmacy, public health, or epidemiology
Experience with version control/collaborative tools such as GitHub preferred
Experience with automation tools such as Alteryx preferred
