Key responsibilities & impact

Support Healthspring national value-based arrangements
Lead financial support, reporting activities, and projects
Perform contract analysis, trend review, data problem solving, and ad hoc reporting
Develop project timelines and work across departments to meet deadlines and goals
Work with internal parties and external value-based groups
Handle escalated issues as needed
Assist with training staff or other personnel and mentor staff
Maintain communication with management regarding developments in assigned responsibilities
Perform special projects as required or requested

What you’ll need

Bachelor degree and 4 years of analytical experience in relationship management or driving analytics insights into action OR 9 years of analytical experience in relationship management or driving analytics insights into action
Experience gathering and documenting business requirements in support of information-related strategies
Experience solving complex problems and taking a new perspective using existing solutions
Knowledge of software development processes, including SDLC, Agile methodologies, tools, and technologies
Experience creating and conducting presentations to inform and influence
Experience leading functional teams and projects
Experience with SAS, SPSS, R, MATLAB, SQL, Python, or similar tools
Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
PC proficiency with Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Must work remotely from within the continental United States, excluding California, New York, Alaska, and Hawaii
