About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure groups, benefits and eligibility information is loaded to applicable systems in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensure group/member information is available by contract effective date to support claim and customer service processes
- Draft account-specific documents for new and renewing major and/or national accounts using the Masters as a base
- Plan, design and execute assigned projects independently and in team settings
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor degree and 2 years of Dental/Medical/Life or Disability experience OR 6 years of Dental/Medical/Life or Disability experience
- Business systems experience
- Application-level knowledge of DN corporate systems applications, including Genelco, CaseTrack, Salesforce, DocGen/P&C, etc.
- Knowledge of Healthcare/Dental/Life or Disability insurance terminology
- Knowledge of HCSC, Dearborn Group, business processes and customers
- Organizational and analytical skills
- Experience with business requirements development for new systems and processes, and changes to existing systems and processes
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
- Experience meeting deadlines
- Experience working independently and in a team setting with the planning, design and execution of assigned projects
- Detail oriented, self-motivated, efficient and flexible
- PC proficiency in Microsoft Access, Excel, and other Office 365 products
- LOMA certification preferred
