Provide business analysis, strategic guidance, and healthcare regulatory expertise
Ensure alignment and integration across functional areas in support of divisional strategies and operational objectives
Monitor and analyze regulatory and legislative developments
Support stakeholder engagement across business areas
Drive consistency, compliance, process efficiency, and organizational readiness for change
Prioritize divisional activities
Track progress toward strategic goals
Maintain tools and resources supporting visibility into key initiatives, milestones, and business outcomes
Perform data analysis, reporting, dashboard development, initiative tracking, and business decision support using Power BI, SharePoint, and Excel

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor Degree and 3 years’ experience OR 7 years’ experience in business analysis, process improvement, strategic planning, research, project management, product administration, product operations or relevant health care industry experience
Project management skills, including strong organization, prioritization and problem solving skills
Strong oral, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to accept direction and feedback
Experience interacting with personnel of multiple departments and at various levels in the organization
Knowledge of strategic planning techniques and industry trends
Analytical and information synthesis skills
Experience interpreting business and financial information
Verbal and written communication and organization skills
Experience with changing assignments and priorities
PC proficiency to include MS Office products
Health insurance or healthcare industry experience preferred
Affordable Care Act (ACA) knowledge or other healthcare regulatory experience preferred
Experience monitoring, analyzing, and communicating regulatory or legislative changes preferred
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills preferred
Experience using Power BI, SharePoint, and Excel for data analysis, reporting, dashboard development, tracking key initiatives, and supporting business decision-making preferred
Management consulting or healthcare policy experience preferred
