About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support implementation and maintenance of Individual & Family Market health insurance products
Perform business analysis, document management, and cross-functional collaboration
Partner with Product, Regulatory, Compliance, Operations, and vendor teams
Translate benefit, legislative, and business changes into member-facing documents and operational requirements
Help ensure regulatory compliance and support filing activities
Validate updates and coordinate implementation efforts across stakeholders
Analyze business needs and identify impacts of product and regulatory changes
Track progress on key initiatives
Contribute to projects supporting divisional goals

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor Degree and 3 years’ experience OR 7 years’ experience in business analysis, process improvement, strategic planning, research, project management, product administration, product operations or relevant health care industry experience
Project management skills, including strong organization, prioritization and problem solving skills
Strong oral, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to accept direction and feedback
Experience interacting with personnel of multiple departments and at various levels in the organization
Knowledge of strategic planning techniques and industry trends
Analytical and information synthesis skills
Experience interpreting business and financial information
Verbal and written communication and organization skills
Experience with changing assignments and priorities
PC proficiency including MS Office products
Knowledge of health plan administration systems, document generation platforms, data validation techniques, and healthcare product operations
Candidates requiring current or future visa sponsorship are not eligible
Flex employees expected to be in the office a minimum of three days a week
