About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide timely, accurate, and customer-focused HR support to active employees
  • Assist with processing HR transactions, including benefits, salary, and employment status changes
  • Respond to employee questions through phone, chat, and AskHR cases
  • Provide guidance on benefits, leaves of absence, payroll, HR policies, training, and work-life programs
  • Escalate complex or sensitive inquiries to the appropriate HR team
  • Ensure accurate and efficient resolution of employee inquiries

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School diploma or GED
  • 9 months customer services or administrative support experience in a corporate environment
  • 6 months experience utilizing Office software packages, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • 10-key calculator experience and an aptitude for math
  • Experience utilizing email
  • Service oriented and desire to serve the customer
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
  • High degree of confidentiality
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Team player in a high-paced team environment
  • Ability to handle high-stress and high-volume situations where time is of the essence
  • This role is remote but requires completion of 2 weeks of onsite training in Richardson, Texas
  • Must be able to work remotely from within the continental United States, excluding California, New York, Alaska, and Hawaii
