Key responsibilities & impact

Manage multiple strategic, cross-enterprise, end-to-end implementations of varying complexity and strategic importance
Serve as the business lead on implementations
Collaborate with cross-functional business and technology partners
Lead projects from business case analysis through implementation
Manage complex, fast-moving projects critical to business strategy
Establish working relationships across departments
Prepare presentations for cross-functional stakeholders, including senior management
Manage and delegate assignments across multiple complex projects in a matrixed environment
Identify complex risks and issues and develop risk mitigation and issue resolution strategies
Work and negotiate with diverse teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of leadership or management experience
5 years of experience in healthcare, business consulting, systems implementation, project management, business analysis, process improvement, strategic planning, product administration, or other relevant healthcare functions
Health insurance or healthcare industry experience
Large-scale/complex project work experience
Verbal and written communication skills, including establishing working relationships across departments and preparing presentations to cross-functional stakeholders, including senior management
Experience managing and delegating assignments across multiple complex projects in a matrixed environment
Ability to work independently and in group settings and respond to rapidly changing priorities
PC proficiency, including MS Office products and Visio
Organizational skills
Problem resolution experience and skills
Experience identifying complex risks and issues, risk mitigation, and issue resolution, including working and negotiating with diverse teams
